I spoke with Jordan yesterday late morning. He happened to have an opening right away, and while I needed to leave for an appointment, the work was on the outside of the house. It was a pleasure to work with Juan. My tub was draining slowly and, as I was getting quotes, completely stopped draining. Juan gave me a fair price to replace the tub trip lever and drain assembly and completed the replacement the next day. He charged a fair price for the materials and labor and even installed a cleanout. When he discovered that the problem was actually a clog in the line, he showed me the problem and gave me a fair price to replace the drain line. Along the way, Juan kept me fully informed, took pictures and video of what was going on under the house so I could verify the work, and even completed the larger scope of work by the next morning.

Water leaked from our condo to the unit below. Hugo from Drain Force came out and determined that the toilet had not been installed to code and caused the leak. Whoever originally installed the toilet took a shortcut - the flange on which the toilet rested was too short. Instead of fixing the flange, the original installer stacked 2 wax rings, one on top of the other. Hugo found the problem and fixed it the right way. After that experience, I called Exodus about a slow sewer. This time, Hugo came out. He impressed me with his knowledge and professional demeanor.
