Manny and Cristian came out and did a full sewer camera inspection first to show me exactly where the roots had broken through the old clay pipe. Danny came out to quote our slow drain problem and diagnosed deteriorating cast iron drain pipes under the slab. The next day, the camera confirmed. Two days later, the Drain Force team was on site to replace our deteriorating cast iron drain pipes and to repipe a bad job done years before by another company. This was a big unexpected job, and we so appreciate that it was done not only professionally and courteously but with urgency, as we are under a tight renovation schedule. I was dreading the thought of an underground pipe replacement because I figured my entire front yard would be a disaster zone for weeks. Alex came out and explained how they could do the work with minimal digging, and he was way more transparent about the costs than the other three guys I talked to. They got the old failing line swapped out in the South Bay heat, and they even put the sod back so carefully you can barely tell where they worked. I was definitely a skeptic about how "trenchless" it would actually be, but they proved me wrong.

We had a massive damp spot forming in the middle of the front lawn, and I was terrified the whole yard would have to be trenched up. Cristian came out to Redondo Beach and used a specialized locator to find the exact break in the line before starting the underground pipe replacement. He explained how the soil shift probably cracked the old coupling, and he managed to swap the section out with high-density poly without destroying my expensive landscaping.

I had a pretty unique situation with my old clay pipes and really needed a pipe bursting specialist who knew how to handle the job without dragging it out for weeks. The tech explained how they pull the new high-density pipe right through the old one, breaking it apart as it goes. It’s a pretty intense process but they finished the whole thing in a single day. The water pressure is great now and I don't have to worry about tree roots getting into the seams anymore.
