Angel showed up on time for the estimate, and Juan in the office was fast to communicate with my HOA's property manager here in San Pedro to get them the needed documents to gain access to the water shut off for my building. Water leaked from our condo to the unit below. Hugo from Drain Force came out and determined that the toilet had not been installed to code and caused the leak. Whoever originally installed the toilet took a shortcut - the flange on which the toilet rested was too short. Instead of fixing the flange, the original installer stacked 2 wax rings, one on top of the other. Hugo found the problem and fixed it the right way. After that experience, I called Exodus about a slow sewer. This time, Hugo came out. He impressed me with his knowledge and professional demeanor.
